I teach a weekly group fitness class at Basecamp Fitness in Russian Hill. It’s a 35 minute workout with strength intervals using fun equipment like TRX straps, plyo boxes, med balls, heavy weights and more followed by 1 minute cardio pushes on an assault bike. It is fast-paced and challenging for any fitness level! My favorite thing about Basecamp is the group atmosphere. Even at your first class, you’ll feel a part of the team!
